This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor. This apartment is located on 73rd Street between Broadway and West End Avenue. The one bedroom is located in a full time doorman building with elevator. Apartment can sleep four people. The living room is nicely decorated with a sofa bed, coffee table and chairs, there also a dining table with chairs. For entertainment there is a stereo, a cable TV with VCR. The bedroom has a queen size bed and night tables with lamps. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas burners, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is hardwood floors and the walls are painted white. The full size bathroom furnished with a sink surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a shower head and a toilet. There is central air conditioning in the apartment. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The building is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a gym, and a very comfortable waiting area. The apartment is conveniently located on a block away from the 72nd Street subway station. You can access there the 1, 2, 3 and 9 line. The Upper West Side has a variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, internationally famous food emporiums, numerous fine clothing stores and boutiques as well as two multiplex cinemas. Many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History or the Lincoln Center, are at walking distance. It is also not far away from Central Park which consists of several hundred acres of parklands, lakes, trees, and open meadows for sports.
