This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor. This two bedroom duplex is located in The Upper East Side on 77th Street just 2 blocks East of the 6 train at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street. The apartment has access to a shared garden in the back. Entering the apartment the first floor is opened. Towards the back of the room is the living area, which is furnished with a full sized pull out sofa and coffee table. There is a TV stand with a flat screen LCD TV connected to cable and a DVD player. There is also a stereo. There are two large windows, which let in plenty of light. There is also a round dining table, which seats 4. The kitchenette is basic and includes a 2-burner stovetop, a microwave and a small euro-style fridge. There is no oven. There is a coffee maker and toaster provided. All of the necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes are provided to make a basic meal. The top floor features a full bathroom, which includes a shower, a sink with medicine cabinet and a W/C. There is no tub in this bathroom. There is a staircase, which leads to the lower level. Traveling downstairs you reach the two bedrooms. On the left is the master bedroom, which is furnished with a queen sized bed. There is a large closet, a dresser and a nightstand. The room has a window, which faces out towards the backyard area. The room is equipped with a window air conditioner. From this bedroom is a door that leads out to the yard. The yard is shared with the neighboring apartment and has a small table with 4 chairs. The second bedroom is small. There is a queen sized bed. It has a window which views out towards the neighboring building but does not let in much light. There is a window air conditioner. The room has a nice sized closet. The bathroom on the lower floor is furnished with a tub/shower, a W/C and a sink with vanity. The location of the apartment is well located in The Upper East Side. 2nd and 3rd Avenue in the area are bustling with restaurants. There are delis, shops and cleaners on Lexington Avenue and Boutiques on Madison Avenue. Central Park is just a 10-minute walk away and some area museums include The Whitney and The Metropolitan Museum.
